Is there a way to get it unbanned or change the spoofed version on it to something lower, I saw a post on this site saying you could change the ip or something?

If there isn't a way I guess I could be alright, I could still mod some games which is cool, I just think it would be nice to have it unbanned

I wouldn't call it unbanning a system but there are ways to log in while using an alternate consoleid. Use PSID patch to generate a random consoleid and hope you get lucky or if you can find one online or buy an OFW and use the consoleid off that then you could sign in again on your CFW.

Once I find a Consoleid, how do I put it on my cfw?
