Should I avoid going online with it altogether or is it certain things people are doing online that is getting them banned?

Dont Play Black ops two

Dont run Homebrew online

those are the biggies that i know of, but whenever you sign in under a cfw take in to account you have a chance of ban and you accept that responsibility because you truely never know.
