Hmm, try formatting the hard drive on your PC (if you have a sata cable & backup up or don't mind your HDD getting formatted)
Or only other thing i can think of corrupted data i had to on one of my ps3 HDDs is that maybe your ps3's hard drive has some bad sectors ?? & thus ye can't install data properly

Do you have any spoofers lower than 4.30?
Because when I do safe mode it says 4.40 firmware or higher.

umm no i don't think so, well i was on 4.21 rebug rex then... You're 4.40 error has something to do with rogero if i'm not mistaken ye?
