It will not install unless you have already updated to Rogero 4.30 which you haven't. If you want to use the new multiman go ahead and follow the steps on how to upgrade to Rogero 4.30 and do that. And you can always downgrade from Rogero 4.30 back down to 3.55 etc.

CEX is retail and DEX is debug. Those aren't region specific. However certain Target IDs indicate regions etc...

But that is completely irrelevant since you are only on a CEX console unless you swapped to DEX for real time memory modding.

Thanks for the clarifaction about the Dex and Cex im almost a hundred percent postive its CEX because i got it off of ebay. anyways so i could but rogero 4.30 and that won't affect my CFW and to get this correct if i want to go back to 3.55 CFW i just uninstall Rogero 4.30? thanks for the big help.
