Not advertising here but have you tried PS3ISO or PS3Gameroom? You can usually find games that you can download there and place onto an external and play them on your ps3. And they are both forum based communities. Design wise PS3ISO looks a lot nicer than PS3Gameroom. PS3Gameroom is very cluttered and unorganized.

There's alot of scene stuff on torrentleech.org , the only thing you need is an invatation for that...
