yes you will lose everything on the ps3 you are transferring to so back up anything you want to keep

Pretty much what the guy above me said. Honestly if you just want to transfer saves you could just resign them to your profile on the slim via Xploder. Also.. if you have a jailbroken console why not update it to Rogero 4.30 that way you really wouldn't have to data transfer. I'm only assuming that the reason why you want to data transfer the mods is to use them online.

With Rogero 4.30 you can sign in online without having to transfer anything. You can also play backed up games too.

but cant you get banned for doing so? and also can i get banned if i transfer a ps3 psn game to my original ps3 and play online?
(im going to buy another hard drive and use that to transfer mods and games etc

Not that I am aware of. I constantly go online with my Rogero 4.30 and I haven't been banned yet.
