I am guessing your on 4.30? The only way to downgrade is to get a E3 flasher.

yeahh im on 4.30 were do i get that at? cant i just do it with a normal usb? add me on ps3

You just cant simply use a normal USB you need an e3 flasher ... yuo can bu one online. you'll need to know exactly what your doing in order to downgrade. once downgraded install the cfw or jb of your choice using a normal USB.

Forget about it, you are going to probably screw up your ps3 while soldering...
