Opened multiman on ps3, went to \dev_flash\sys\external, copied all the files in external folder moved them to a usb.
Then got on my computer and went to C:\Users\AppData\Local\SN Systems\ProDG Debugger for PS3, and copied
all the files i got from my ps3 to the ProDG Debugger directory, and restarted my computer...

Like cl_21 said, (THANKS MAN!!!) , you can just copy the files from "/dev_flash/sys/external" to your Local ProDG Debugger Folder.

Mine was setup like this:

Local Folder: "C:\Users\[USERNAME_HERE]\AppData\Local\SN Systems\ProDG Debugger for PS3\flash_files\0406053e"

I used FileZilla and just copied all individual files from "/dev_flash/sys/external/*" to my Local Folder above and it loaded right up Outie
