There's the download links to Rebug firmware, as for the rest however, I don't know what the fuck you are asking but I believe in you that you can figure it out.

How install 4.21.2 dex rebug please step by step i will not brick my ps3

Step by step:

1. first of all install the KMEAW or a other CFW but it has to be 3.55.

2. install Toogle qa (pkg) an make sure it's on.

3. if you have activated Toogle qa go back to the OFW 3.55

4. Go into the recovery menu and install your Rebug FW and have fun

Install rebug 3.55.4, then install rebug toolbox from the package manager in the game section. Then by the end on the very right side their is a option to enable qa-token. Then you must have a usb in the rightmost port and install this eEID_RKDumper.pkg, here is a link for it - You must login or register to view this content. -(this is from derektrotters tutorial)
