It would seem like there is a problem with your internet connection. That usually happens as soon as you sign on and it starts loading everything. Try restarting your connection.

It is not my connection because every other account on my PS3, the friends lists loads fine :/

BackUp all your game saves and Delete the acount off your ps3 and re make it, and put the game saves on

It isn't PSN it's usually the hackers on Call of Duty that like to fuck shit up.. which they do. It goes from a mere game to affect the network which is quite rare and one hell of a quandary.

When I sign into psn it doesnt load/show my friends list and it says i have 0 friends online. but when i go on midnight club la it says on my friends ps3 that i signed in

any ideas for me to try or something or anyone else having this problem?

I get that once in a while and usually it's gone the next day. I think its the servers of the PS3 causing to do that which doesn't show friends list or loads it very slow...
