iv'e tried many methods and i now got black screen

i get it when i start the ps3 and when i shut it off it takes a while then 3 beeps

i tried safe mode - every option but not update - rebuilding says please wait and the same black screen comes back

even restoring settings and restoring ps3 system givse the same black screen im on rebug 4.21.1

please help :cry:
