just download and install rogaro 430 205, i believe you can go to that version from any firmware, make a folder named PS3 on the root of your USB drive, put a folder inside that named UPDATE, put the rogaro file inside that folder and make sure the file is named PS3UPDAT.PUP, if it isnt, rename it to that, always check the md5 number of the file, you can do this with md5 checker, just google it and dowload the app for your pc, use update in regular xmb on your ps3, and follow the prompts
