You will not get banned I'm on 3.55 and mine is spoofed to 4.31 and I play all cods and all my games online mate

You do anything on a PS3 that an OFW couldn't normally do without modification, you stand a chance of getting banned. You go online with CFW you have a chance of getting banned. I got banned on my cfw. After that I removed all games on my hdd and started using my OFW consoleid since the first ban wave hit. MW3 has been the only game I've been modding and also RTE. Havent been banned yet. But don't go crying if you get banned for what you feel is "no reason". You accept your fate as soon as you log in on your CFW.
