Anyone experienced this issue before? Anyway to fix this?

Is this after your game has loaded and you try to attach to the EBOOT?

yEP Happened to me.

Go to your debugger, click the little arrow to the left of your PS3, click on Kernal Explorer, click on the process and click the green arrow

that doesn't work as the ps3 freezes before even showing processes.
