It's impossible for them to patch the program they can only ban the console ids after use. Make sure Internet connection is disabled when switching the console ids on your ps3 if not your ps3 is still communicating with Sony servers even though it can't sign in due to ban, and Sony will see you swapping the ids detect the cfw and ban both ids. A Sony ban takes 2-3 days max.
