You need a cfw PS3 to do it, also FileZilla on pc to transfer the modded comment to the ps3 using Blackb0x

Sorry but this is not possible without a jailbroken ps3. With a jailbroken console it is very easy though.

Get some one of your friends to make you a back up with the modded comment you want
