i today installed 4.21.2 DEX.
but i cant sign in (SEN) i get this error 8002A224.
i folowed JarniBoys TUT But styl the same error.
So Thank You, i hope u can help me!

u are banned
try using an other legit console id

1. Restore Default Settings in the Recovery Menu (DO NOT SIGN IN AFTER)
2. Download the PSIDPatcher for 4.21/3.55 PSIDPatch421.pkg | PSIDPatcher355.pkg
3. Install the pkg and run
4. Press (X) 3-4 times then press (SQUARE) 3-4 times
5. Press Triangle to exit then reboot PS3
6. Open up Rebug Toolbox and go to the far right menu
7. Scroll to very bottom and change to 0x85 (EUR)
8. Exit then reboot PS3
9. Try to sign-in to PSN

Make sure you are spoofing that you are using a PSID of CEX.

Go to Rebug Toolbox, go to the right most column and go all the way to the bottom. There should be an option to Spoof PSID, select it and there should be options of 0x82 or 0x84 choose the CEX option which ever it is.

No, no I'm talking about a whole different thing. DEX firmware CANNOT connect to PSN/SEN without being spoofed as CEX even when not banned. He may not be banned, trust me I'm on PS3ita's 4.21 v.9 DEX firmware and I have to spoof as CEX before it lets me sign in. I'm not banned.
