Im on 3.55 but used 4.31 psn + spoof

dose any 1 no the problem

and i have tryed other accounts and tryed making new 1 say same every time

You will not find any console ID's here on NGU, they are forbidden.

Also I have had this error before when I got banned quite some time ago so yeah your account is banned.
