You do not have good experience if you didn't know that a 4.31 Jailbreak doesn't exist. The only way to get to a CFW is to be on 3.55. There is currently no (and probably never will be) a way to jailbreak directly from a 4.31 OFW ps3.

Can you help me get the downgrade well i have one but it keeps saying error is becuase i have a ps3 that never has been down that far?

What cecha, cech, etc. Model you have? And you need a hardware flasher like e3 flasher, progskeet, etc. SO you can't just do it with a USB. And if you ask how to downgrade, you probably don't know anything.
