don't listen to itrucefret the link i gave you is a sen enabler you download it and put on your flashdrive then install the package file then you start it then it will restart your ps3 then try to sign in and it should work. the reason why i know this is because i did it myself. Don't go on any homebrew/mutiman etc when online or you will get banned.

yes you can access online :O use sen enabler/disabler.
im on 3.55 and i play all my games online
when you enable it spoofs your ps3 to 4.31 and access psn
