(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys and thank you very much for taking the time to view this thread. I have just recently converted to kmeaws 3.55 cfw using the bdb version. I did this because every time that I try to open homebrew I get a black screen due to the fact that I dont have a blu ray drive in my playstation. I know that there is a way around this though, and I have tried it many times, but it doesnt seem to work on my computer. Now I know that I am asking for a huge favor from one of you guys, but I was wondering if one of you could edit me a modded patch to install via pkg file on my cfw ps3. I have gone through the process many times and like I said before, It has never worked. So if you are willing, here are the steps to this process.

1. Download the BLUS 30377 Patch(MW2 U.S.) - You must login or register to view this content.
2. Download this patch.ff modded for 1.13 - You must login or register to view this content.
3. Download this simple program called PKG Toolkit GUI - You must login or register to view this content.
4. Now Download this PKG Extractor - You must login or register to view this content.

5. Now Your'e ready to start. Take the BLUS 30377 file and put it into the PKG Extractor and click extract. It will then say extracted successsfully and you will have a blus 30377 folder on your desktop.

6. Now you have to go into the blus folder and go into USDIR. You will then see the patch_mp.ff. Simply take the one that you downloaded above^^^ and use it to replace the old one. Now we can move on.

7.Extract the whole PKG Toolkit GUI folder to your desktop. Now that you've done that put the blus 30377 folder that you just put the modded patch in and put it inside of the PKG Toolkit GUI folder.

8.Now you have to download the package.conf file here - You must login or register to view this content.
9. You can now put the conf file into PKG Toolkit GUI and finally open up the application PKG Toolkit GUI.

10. At the bottom of the application you should see where you can create the pkg. For the input folder browse to the PKG Toolkit GUI folder, and click on your blus 30377 folder.

11. Now for the config file browse to the config file that you just downloaded, and use it. It now says that you can build the pkg, click build and see what happens. This is where I am having my troubles. Once i click build it gives me a PARAM.SFO error saying the GameExec should be bootable, and that the GameExec Categaory should be HG.

If you've read this far thank you very very much for hanging around and reading of my current problem. I've put a good amount of effort into creating one of these PKG's and they just don't seem to want to work for me. If anyone here simply knows a solution to my problem, then please let me know what it is, because I'm on my last limb here. If nobody knows, and someone can happen to make me one of these pkg files using this tutorial, then I'd be unbelievably relieved that I can finally quit worrying about. Otherwise, thank you very much for your time and hopefully for your effort.
