i think that is an error of an invalid idps

Your Console ID not Genuine or Banned. You need another Console ID for Unban.

My original console id was banned but some1 gave me another id but I didnt think it would let you verify the account u just entered.

You can create a account with a bad console id but it won't let you sign in to psn
Create yes sign in no.
Thats a Made up console id and if you keep trying to sign in with a incorrect console id that account will get banned aswell
