You don't need to go online for a modded comment and the comment is stored on the console, so you need to data transfer to keep it. And yes, CFW online = ban eventually.

no, I know exactly what to do. I'm just asking if you can still use a fresh console i.d to unbann...
you need a legit console id, not just a psid.........and you can spoof the psid, just put it in the txt doc and always use the same spoofed psid with the legit console id.......and yea, using hacked games and cheating online will get you banned quick

i got 3 ps3 2 of them are on 4.31 and 1 on 4.21.2 rex but the OFW console id from my 4.31 get banned cause i used it on my CFW but im not sure what i did wrong to get banned.... just hosted some mw3 xp lobbys... and i dident get an email from sony

mw3 is treyarch...treyarch will get you banned....don't host games with cfw, or i wouldnt.......don't use mods........as for the console id getting banned u had, you need to use a different psid too
