TIPS TO HOW NOT TO BE BANNED
Mostly Common Sense
Never Mod new Games unless you are offline or you are certain that you will not get banned
Never use mods online
Only use mod for your own fun not to use it against people (who can then report you)
Never use Homebrew for long periods or whilst connected to SEN
Never use your main SEN Account on your PS3
Do NOT use pre-releases with your CFW and avoid playing online with them.
Try not to use the Modded comment.
Try and Avoid to Stay online on you're CFW. (Less Chance of a ban when you're not)
Never Use the Sign in Automatically Option.
Dont go crazy whilst RTEing.

I am on the latest Regero's cfw 4.31 v2.05....i want to sign into PSN so i can get my user profile onto my jb PS3....i want to make a modded comment... will i get my console banned???? please some help...and yes i am a"noob""..

Of course there's always a possibility of getting banned but I wouldn't do it on your main account if I was you just in case because I got banned on Rogero 4.30 v2.05 3 days ago so I wouldn't even risk it because my ps3 is pretty much useless to me now because you can't get console ids anymore to unban your console so I would highly recommend you not to do it just to be safe because its not really worth a console ban

you can but if u go online with the new id then it will get banned too... thats what happend to me...
now i got a OFW 4.31 banned.... =( i allready buyed a e3 flasher to downgrade but i still need a new id.... =(

this is not right..you as (customer) have the chance..if you dont accpet the tips for save your cfw for a ban its you fault..you can unban with a legit psid and if you save your cfw then you cant get banned again..i ban my ps3 4 times (i risk by my self) and i unban 4 times..now im stop with hacking games and im unbanned since 2 months with the same console.only bad side is you need to chance your banned psid with the new one all time you restart your ps3..

no it won't, always a chance of a bann if u use cfw, but if you careful, is a low risk of being banned......also, you need to spoof your psid too and stick with the same spoofed one.......why are you on ofw 430? banning doesnt change your fw lol



you need a legit console id, not just a psid.........and you can spoof the psid, just put it in the txt doc and always use the same spoofed psid with the legit console id.......and yea, using hacked games and cheating online will get you banned quick
