So now always when i start up my ps3 it gets black screen, i can fix that with resetting video settings (holding power button like 5secs while ps3 is off) and it works again. But that sucks when i need to do that if i exit eg Rebug toolbox or any game. Any solutions to fix this?

same happened to me you have to go to debug settings after you reset video settings then go through the options and one will be on 'debugger mode', change it to 'system release mode' or something :/ i'm not sure what option it's under but that should fix it

as manutd said your ps3 has been set to boot into debugger mode so if you reset your boot params (hold power button for 5secs ) then you can check in the debug setting on your ps3 and also you should goto your pc open target manager then right click on your ps3, goto reset mode and then select system software...

IS simply. Enough press hold power button (is same to recovery mode) but release button at first beep and you return automatically on xbm
