Go to OFW 3.55 so you don't complicate things.
Plenty of guides available via youtube

I just swapped hard drives on 3.55 and then used a downgrade dongle and did the lv2diag.self and rogero cfw trick you would do with e3 flasher

i went from rebug 4.30.1 to 3.55.4 to 3.55 ofw
replaced my hdd
went back to 3.55.4 (to check qa - it kept on being enabled)
went to 4.30.1

and everything works just fine Happy

You can on Rogero V2.05 JUST replace the hardrive by putting Rogero V2.05.pup on a Usb and updating the Hard drive like normal
