This happened to me when my heat sinks weren't touching the ones on the bottom of the PS3. Make sure they are touching, and you should be fine.

Umm don't hack your PS3 and it wouldn't happen?

need more infos then we can help you...what the blue lights show??wich fw you are..?? wich bins you use for e3 flasher??etc etc...

i fixed it it just needed thermal paste cause i cleaned it and didnt reply it now ima try no do a bios back up!
