i have a e3 dongle and a e3 flasher...

Not a brick. You have a hardware error. Possibly overheated the PS3. A flasher can't fix this.

i have tried install a random cfw over my 3.55 ...

yes, i installed the 4.31 cfw from sdk team , and then i go to shit...
