it depends how you use your cfw and there is a chance of getting banned and yes it is possible to generate a valid random console id but your chances are very little i have generated 1 out of all my times trying it

Dont use modded comment
IF you go to DEX make sure you spoof to 85 cex
I recommend You to use PSNinja before you log in
if you do all that you're chance of getting banned is LOW LOW LOW (unless the id you use is shared the more people on 1 id the faster it get banned)
