Rex isn't a type. There are two Types "CEX & DEX" Rex is just a name.
with Rebug you get the Toolbox where you can switch between modes.
You always have to use a spoofer.
The only thing on Rebug is, that you can easily switch to debug mode & you get spoofed to the newest FW.
