U need a CFW PS3 only way u can get DEX.

Another noob who cant be bothered reading the hundred other forums and threads covering this.

There is NO CUSTOM FIRMWARE FOR ANYTHING OVER 3.55. You can only get on 4.30CFW by first STARTING ON 3.55.
To downgrade your console, you have to use an E3 flasher. That is the only way to get back to 3.55 from OFW 3.56+.
