Is there a ban with downloaded games ?
I'm on Rogero 4.30 is there ban with sync trophies ?
do I need to use psninja ?

yh use ps ninja and always make sure what ever u do is done offline. But yh u can sync trophies fine. Also i think u should wipe your history every time u sync or whatever u want to do.

when I run psninja I saw many options, so I have to click on them all right ?

i wanna go online with my cfw ps3, what is best to do to avoid being banned?

I dont recommend doing that but if u want to i think the best thing to do is use ps ninja and wipe your history everytime u go online.
