i cant connect my ps3 with the target manager i get everytime this error : You must login or register to view this content. i hope anyone can help me.

are you using LAN? and are you on DEX?

I got the same problem before. Look at your Debug Settings.
you have to select release mode, don't wonder, your screen will be black.
but you can setup it with the Target Manager after that.
