Post: Instant ban when signing in PSN before any chance of RTE

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well, had rebug dex all setup, attached the process, fired up mw3, clicked "play online" and the normal sign in thing and got banned before any any prompts could occur. Sony doing instant bans now? Note, I didn't even get a chance to change anything in memory and therefore my attempt at RTE only made it through the setup process. It was not banned 10 minutes before hand before I realized I needed to change the network settings in debug mode from "dual" to "single"

Some console I'd are like that I had two I'd get ban in one day some last week some last days some last 30 min it's just luck

why groan for Nour CL? pretty pointless if you ask me unless you mad?

They ban you for going online with a CFW.

You can go online with it, its just how safe your gonna do it. My friends sign on everyday no ban they just use it safe. They dont show off with it or anything they just do the mod or what ever u want and boom sign out. No modding pre game lobbies for everyone to see and so on.

did u create a new PSN accound on CFW ??? that's how i get an accound ban in 5 min..... but just accound ban no consoleid ban....

u have a higher chance of getting ban with dex fw (because of different info from cex) being sent to sony... I believe not sure and not having a original consoleid that comes with da system means that ur replacement id will eventually get ban... Could be hours, days or months depending on how u use it. If u use it to mod blackops2 u will put ur id at max risk of getting ban, because even if trearch dont detect u, online players can report u and get u ban... I know this from exprience....

I did create a PSN account on it a few weeks ago and hosted a few mw3 lobbies. I'm not sure if bans are instant or queued. I just found it odd that it was not banned until I switched over the network settings. I just switched to dex lastnight, logged in for about 10 minutes and today was messing about with the RTE tools for the first time. I also find it odd that I instantly got the error message (224) while attempting to sign in the second time. Either they are checking on sign in or I managed to get banned the time I signed in 10 minutes before (no hacking, just went to a private match to be sure I could before proceeding).

All well, knew it would happen sooner or later, just wished I could have experienced RTE a little before so lol

Now here is something odd, I switched back to cex, downgraded back to 3.55 and upgraded to Rogero 4.30 and was able to login to PSN without any problems. Apparently error 8002a224 doesn't always mean you are banned.

miserable fail lol, you never changed your target id whilst on dex therefore you would get an invalid console id error code which you did xD when on dex you need to open rebug toolbox then go all the way to the right and look for change active idps or psid
then switch that to cex and you can sign in no problemo :P

I wouldn't call it a miserable fail, just a lack of experience. I did originally state that I was able to get online before switching the networking to single and that requires a reboot of the PSN. So obviously your "miserable fail" was a misunderstanding that you need reapply the spoof each time the PS3 is rebooted as my original comment did state I could. I assumed this was something rebug would do automatically during reboots until you toggled it back. But in conclusion you were right.
