Check your Debug-Settings.

Debug settings seem to be fine to me unless it's something else?
I only need my IP address to not attempt to time out when connected PS3 to PC

i just try resetting the router an if that dont work try reseting you modem i had this problem last night

I FOUND A FIX ^^ : REINSTALL THE FIRMWARE.
but i have no time to reinstall it -.-'

LOL that I think will not fix the issue as its got to do with network settings
