You need DEX firmware for that like 4.21 REX (rebug cfw)

REBUG 4.30.2 REX is out that would be the easiest firmware to use you can also check out a full DEX firmware but is very risky while flashing your ps3 and lots of people have bricked trying to convert their ps3 from DEX to CEX. You can try a 3.55 DEX firmware but then you have to worry about fixing eboots on newer games.
