If your ps3 is on OFW 3.55 just make sure there is no disk in the drive and disconnected from the internet .. Go in to recovery mode and do a system update just make sure you have a USB devise and your ready then go on rogero cfw 4.30 v2.05 make sure it's the right one not some copy of it because you can get caught out and end up having OFW and after that your all sorted .. Now just be careful when using mods online
