Yes, you can get 5th 50lvl. You just need to find one 5th 50lvl save for ps3 and resign it. Thats what i have done ages ago :p. Also i think theres way to get it with cfw but thats imo much easier

u just need found a save 5th lvl50 , u can found that save by search internet on " XPLODER " and resign it with ur save

No, Multiplayer and Single player have different save so i dont think you will lose it :p.
