I managed to unban it, but was messing around with my dex menu and changed my region settings to Europe, and it made my ps3 screen go black and i couldn't get it to work. So i tried resetting my ps3, and nothing worked. So i went into reset mode and "Reset Default Settings".

After that i rebooted fine, but when i went to connect to the internet it *ONLY* shows
Obtaining IP Address - Success
Internet Connection - Success
Thats it... It doesn't show Psn connection, UPNP, or anything. I also get error 8071053D when trying to make an account, psn store, logging in, whats new, etc.

---Like i said i did have my ps3 unbanned with PSID patch and was online... But im now stuck at it cant connect to Playstation Network and doesn't even say im banned or anything... Just gives error code 8071053D. It doesn't get past that error code to tell me im banned, to where i can unban myself.
(I have downgraded to 3.55.4 and up to 4.30.2 with 4.40 spoofer, and still won't show connection settings. :cry:

P.S. I have googled error code 8071053D, & i have reset my router/modem and ps3 and still wont show up.

Any help would be appreciated.

if you are on dex some options will be deactivated..like media server..video settings..and some more..you need to spoof for target id to cex 85..start rebug tool box..go last right section..go down to target it and set 85..they go out..spoof your consoleid via psidpatcher and then sign in,.,

Change you Debug settings & for the error Code turn off your Router & your PS3,
after 5 min. turn on your PS3 and your Router and make a new user.

I tried this and it still gave me error code 8071053D and i still cant login nor create a new user. Ive tried just about everything and it won't show any connections to PSN. It wont let me get past the error code 8071053D.

Check your debug settings.
There should be the NP Environment.
If the right from the NP Environment isn't np then change it to np.
