(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hello fellow nextgen members like the title says i plan on update my ps3 3.55 firmware to 4.40.1 CFW By SGK but before i do i plan to add privacy patch to 4.40.1 CFW using ps3mfw. i plan to leave everything checked on it and just leave access to psn uncheck so sony can't spy on my ps3 my question is, is this safe to do and can sony tell if i do the privacy patch thing if they don't receive a log of my console information and will doing this get my account or console id permanently banned my reason for asking this is because i don't want my ps3 system log and everything i'm doing to be sent to sony servers i don't mod my games or anything i believe in playing fair and square online. i enjoy playing online with good fellow ps3 sony fans like myself and but yea if the pirvacy patch is not a good option i will just install the new CFW without it and follow DeNo posted about avoiding the ban hammer i just wanted u guys advice on this matter that i've been wondering about thankz
