You can always have someone downgrade it for you.

I downgrade NOR consoles for $50 (not including shipping) in the US.

You can buy E3 Flasher off ebay and downgrade it yourself , or look into buying another 3.55 OFW or CFW ps3. Its not downgradeable without hardware sorry to say- assuming your on OFW.
