Online with CFW = Ban, period.
Don't bother, if you're using it for mw2/cod4/w@W/etc mods then just datatransfer to an OFW.... unless you want to be online for 6 hours then use rebug. Or just use SEN Enabler & Disabler.

Yeah. I wont legitly host online on my 3.55. WHat i ment was will i be able to Data transfer. Btw. My official firmware 4.40 has a thrashed disk drive so i cant play games on it. So i will only be able to mod mw2 1.14. Cause thats all i bought off psn so far.
