I think you need to reset your video settings. When ps3 is off hold power button like 5secs.

why In the heck would you do that option without a usb that why it bricked your switching to dex when you do that option well good luck bro trying to fix it

you have a dex lv2 without a converted target id its not actually meant to brick if this happens but well here we are xD, the reason no fw's are being recognised is because they are all cex if you tried for instance 3.55 dex downgrade pup that would more than likely install (in theory that if your ps3 isnt majorly fucked xD ) give it a go or hang around for a different solution i suppose
