No you won't get banned at all if your on Cfw just don't play any damn call of dutys and you will be fine play gta 4 or whatever but not Stuiped call of duty my fiends has been through all the ps3 ban waves and still never got banned do you know why he doesn't play a single call of duty game on his Cfw ok I'm being legit here play infamous god of war gta little big planet 1 and little big planet 2 any game that is not call of duty you can even play BF3 and no ban that's how serous I am please keep this stuck in your brain thx.
