There is only 2 ways at the moment.

1. Being on CFW which is basic enough.
2. A valid dump

There are the only ways at the moment and hopefully not the only ones from now on.

Both ways require a flasher if on 3.56+

Well it would seem that your out of luck so to speak unless you no of someone who has a progskeet who would be able to grab a NAND dump. Or even a teensy that would work as well.

But apart from that I honestly don't think there is any other way seeing as Sony patched Charles and what not.
