If the account that is banned has your BO2 level and mw2 level then you can not have the same level, and it doesn't matter if the consoles banned.

copied and pasted my save data utility to my other PS3,went on to MW2 and it said multiplayer progress 1000% but when I went on I was level 1? (Was On different PS3&PSN account

If its a different account then you can't have your level back, Also my ps3 does that when i data transfer!
