Which CFW is the best for that? Also, what is spoof and that debug thing? Thank you in advance.

Idk why exactly rebug is REX, but:

CEX= Consumer Version
This simply means it is installed on the retail consoles that you bought at the store. It is what approx. 98% of consoles are.

DEX= Debug Version
This is the version that is installed on debugging,/developer/testing PS3s that game/software developers get so they can make programs and patches for their products. It allows for Real Time Memory Editing and more debugging options like dual internet settings and HDD read speeds.

Yeah, honestly if you arent that sure of exactly what you are doing i would recommend Rebug 4.31.2 with a 4.40 spoof, That way if you want to kinda ease into DEX your not on a DEX firmware and if you decide you want to go the DEX route you can always switch firmwares. But yes, pretty much any firmware you use and can go online with you will be able to host lobbies and shit

Thank you so much One more question, how do you stay safe online? I'm familiar with editing param's so i know that i should always change the homebrew name and shit but how do you guys host without getting a big BAN message?
I will buy a few PS ID's but i'd rather save the money and stay safe

as for the psids, yeah you need a valid psid but you really should look into console ids, but sale of console ids are not allowed on NGU so you will have to find them on some other site ha

Pretty much stick to hosting older games, i got banned for hosting xp lobbies on mw3 haha, but shit like cod4 W@W and mw2 are safer, i heard BLOPS1 is kinda risky and BLOPS2 you dont even want to play online on CFW even if your not modding

oh yeah if you get your hands on console ids, note your console id and change it, that way your main id doesnt get banned
