i meant like an anonymous proxy you can find them by googling, there are alot out there, sony patched using your local ip as a proxy with to bypass, either way using your local ip for a proxy would give the same ip lol..

He finds your IP address using a program like Cain & Abel. Then, he searches your IP on a site like this one. You must login or register to view this content.
Using a Proxy/VPN can protect your information. Just so you know, you can't get all of someone's information with their IP address.
