yeah, I did get this too, I did convert DEX > CEX because I got Red Screen of Death and I when I was back on CEX it said I didn't have a user, now I do get this error too... :/

Go on kmeaw or a other cfw, or can i data transfer from my ofw cex to dex ?

Change your NP Environment in your Debug Settings to "np"

Try resetting your MODEM, plugging cord out from the back of your ps3 and making a new network connection. If this method never works then what I did to resolve the error is 4.21 REBUG DEX>CEX>3.55>3.55 REBUG DEX>4.21ITA DEX FOR RTE. If for any reason you want to back to CEX use>downgrader 3.55>multiman backup manager> flash CEX dump and to your cfw of choice
