In short term you have a CEX 100% if you did not mod the console before
CEX is Retail/Offical where you can go buy at retail stores, DEX is Debug/Developer console which cost up to $1000 but now it's possible to convert CEX to DEX Thus the Codename Also to note DEX so far can't go higher than 4.21 -DEX

If you have a DEX Firmware the highest it can go is 4.21 but you can spoof 4.3+ on it You must login or register to view this content. And Rebug tools allows multiple use and option between these Both CEX and DEX .You must login or register to view this content. Both of these are the only two available CFW I know of that allows the use of DEX fully. If I am mistaken feel free to correct me and please explain why ^_^ Everyday is a learning experience
